How to make a website
WordPress for Non-Technical People
It is a good idea to change service passwords from time to time. In most cases few people do this, and in addition the same password is used in different places. The result may be that at some point your data will be stolen from service X or Y and may be used to your detriment.
It is a good idea to change passwords regularly, especially for important resources related to your business!
First, log into your Hosting Account Panel. If you do not know how, please refer to this INSTRUCTIONS. Once you are in the panel, go to the "Mail" tab, e.g. by clicking on it in the left menu of the panel, and then click on the name of the email account for which you want to change the password.
When you click on the name of your email account, you will go to the page related to its settings. This is where you can change your password.
I encourage you to use the strong password generation button. I know, I know... you don't want to have another complicated one that you can't remember. That's normal, but remember that simple passwords or even passwords that seem complicated to you like "Name123#" are not so complex that they cannot be broken. Think how your reputation could suffer when someone finally succeeds.
Once a strong password has been entered, all that remains is to click on the "OK" button at the bottom of the page.
The password has been changed 🙂
Follow these steps again any time you need to make a new change.
