The skin was first published in mid-2012, so it is quite a few years old now, but the author cares about its constant development and currently we have version number 7.x. It is hardly surprising, since the theme sells well. It does not happen without a reason.
I must admit that some 6, maybe 7 years ago I installed it on one of the sites, but at that time it didn't make a big impression on me. It was just another of many skins with its own set of pros and cons. It was not crazy 🙂 .
However, I've recently had the opportunity to work on its latest iteration and I'll honestly admit that I'm starting to like it. I've implemented it on the website of a t-shirt and print company and I can say it's cool 🙂 I've been working on it.
Admittedly, on the day that I am editing this article one of my students at MeetWP She said that she invested in this theme, but in the end she regrets this move, because she found it too difficult to master. Well, yes, not everyone will like it but that doesn't undermine the fact that it is one of the more interesting themes on ThemeForest.
Initial implementation goes without major perturbations, you can say that it is very intuitive. The theme has a built-in visual wizard for the entire layout from header to footer. Even the name Avada was enriched with Website Builder 🙂 .
This is not Elementor and works slightly differently, but you can get used to its logic and get to grips with the tool, which is neither particularly time-consuming nor extremely difficult.
A very useful feature is the ability to create your own content layout templates, which can then be instantly used on any edited page. In case of bigger projects this kind of functionality can significantly increase work efficiency and save a lot of our time.
If you're planning to launch a shop, Avada also has a builder for WooCommerce with which you can develop beautifully presented product pages, orders and more.
In the package with the theme we additionally get a set of useful plugins such as Avada Builder, Slider Revolution, ACF PRO, Convert Plus.
Didn't I mention ready-made landing pages? They are also available and there are close to 100 of them, so there is a good chance that you will find an example that fits in with your website idea. In such a situation you run the import and after a while the page is ready to be replaced with content and photos. It makes the creative process much easier, especially if you don't feel like building everything from scratch yourself.
In addition to the above-mentioned features, I would also like to mention the built-in form builder, with the help of which you can instantly create contact forms, offer forms and others.
It's not a free theme, but probably if it was it wouldn't have the features it has, but as a consolation I'll add that like all TF themes it won't wreak havoc on your wallet. Sixty dollars is a very good price for what you get.
If you have your own insights on this skin, please share them in the comments.
The first step when setting up a blog, website or online shop is choosing a theme. It has to look awesome and this is what we usually focus on first. Although
When I mentioned in a previous post about iThemes taking over the Kadence theme, there was also a brief update on Kadence Cloud. Admittedly, we still
Elementor is doing well and probably no major changes can be expected in this field, but the idea of builders is still alive and every now and then
