§.1 General provisions

The data administrator is Didwear sp. z o.o. with its seat in Lublin at ul. M.C. Skłodowskiej 3/27, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs under KRS No. 0000598679, for which registration files are kept by the REGISTRAR'S COURT IN LUBLIN-WSCHÓD W LUBLIN WITH REGISTERED OFFICE IN ŚWIDNIK, VI ECONOMIC DEPARTMENT OF THE NATIONAL REGISTER OF JUSTICE, NIP: 7123306728, REGON: 363647654. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable laws and their storage takes place on secured servers.
For the interpretation of terms, the glossary of the Terms and Conditions shall apply or as described in the Privacy Policy (if directly apparent from the description).
For the purpose of a better perception of the Privacy Policy, the term "User" is replaced by "you", "Administrator" by "We". The term "RODO" means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
We respect your right to privacy and ensure data security. For this purpose, among other things, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL) is used.
Personal data provided in the forms on the website are treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorised persons.

§2 Data Controller

The service provider is the data controller of its customers. This means that if you have an Account on our website, we process your data such as: name, surname, email address, telephone number, home address, IP address.
The service provider is also the administrator of persons subscribed to the newsletter and persons subscribed to the webinar.
Personal data are processed:
a. in accordance with data protection legislation,
b. in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,
c. to the extent and for the purpose necessary for the establishment, shaping of the content of the Agreement, its amendment or termination and proper implementation of Services provided electronically,
d. to the extent and for the purpose necessary for the fulfilment of legitimate interests (legally justified purposes) and the processing does not prejudice the rights and freedoms of the data subject:
to the extent and for the purpose in accordance with your consent if [for example] you have subscribed to the newsletter, to the extent and for the purpose in accordance with your consent if you have subscribed to the webinar.

Every data subject (if we are the data controller) has the right of access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

We reserve the right to process your data after termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only to the extent necessary to assert possible claims in court or if national or EU or international law obliges us to retain the data.
The Service Provider has the right to make User's personal data and other data available to entities authorised under relevant legislation (e.g. law enforcement agencies).
The deletion of personal data may take place as a result of the withdrawal of consent or the lodging of a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.
The Service Provider shall not disclose personal data to any other entities than those authorised under the relevant legislation.
We have implemented pseudonymisation, data encryption and access control to minimise the effects of any data security breaches.
Personal data is only processed by persons authorised by us or by processors with whom we work closely.

§3 Cookies

The website how-zrobic-strone.pl uses cookies. These are small text files sent by a web server and stored by the browser's computer software. When the browser reconnects to the website, the website recognises the type of device the user is connecting from. The parameters allow the information contained in them to be read only by the server which created them. Cookies therefore facilitate the use of previously visited sites.

The information collected includes your IP address, browser type, language, operating system type, internet service provider, time and date information, location, and information sent to the site via a contact or order form.

We use the data we collect to monitor and see how users use our sites, to improve how the site works by providing a more efficient and seamless navigation experience. We monitor user information using the Google Analytics tool, which records user behaviour on the site.

Cookies identify you so that the content of the website you are using can be tailored to your needs. By remembering your preferences it enables us to tailor our advertising to you. We use cookies to ensure the highest standard of comfort on our website, and the data collected is used only within Didwear sp. z o.o. to optimise operations.

We use the following cookies on our website:

a) "indispensable" cookies which make it possible to use the services available on the site, such as authentication cookies used for services which require authentication on the site;

b) cookies used for security purposes, e.g. used to detect misuse of the site's authentication;

(c) "performance" cookies, which enable the collection of information on the use of the website;

d) "functional" cookies, which enable "remembering" the user's selected settings and personalizing the user's interface, e.g. with regard to the selected language or region of the user's origin, font size, website layout, etc;

(e) "advertising" cookies, making it possible to provide users with advertising content more suited to their interests.

Additional personal data, such as the e-mail address, is only collected where the user has expressly agreed to this by filling in the form. We retain and use this data only to the extent necessary to perform the function in question.
